HOW TO FEEL COMFORTABLE IN VILLA MARANA?

In order to assure the total relaxation and comfort of our guests and ensure your safety, we have established a few simple rules that need to be accepted by our guests. We sincerely hope that you will read them and accept them with understanding, please follow them to assure a pleasant stay in Villa Marana.
In order to maintain the ecological well-being of our region, we kindly ask that when leaving the room to turn off the lights, water taps and air conditioning and to close the windows

QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours: 23 PM – 7 AM
In Villa Marana we are mindful of our negihbours and during quiet hours, please do not to:
– Operate stereos, radios, televisions, and musical instruments in a manner that disturbs other tenants or neighbors
– Create or allow any noise or activity that disturbs other tenants or neighbors
– Allow loud talking or other noise emanating from the unit that can be heard outside of the unit
– Engage in any activity that disturbs other tenants or neighbors

ELECTRICITY

All accommodations offer 220V European plugs. We are not responsible for using the incorrect electricity plug for personal hair dryers and/or other appliances.

DAMAGE

In the case of loss or damage to property, guests must cover the cost of damage repair which will be charged according to the price.
Please abide by the rules of courtesy and do not disturb other guests’ comfort and rest. In case of persistent violation of this rule, you may be required to leave our villa.

AIR CONDITIONING & WATER

Every accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning. We kindly ask you to switch off the air-conditioning before you leave your room. Also we are mindful of local water sources so we kindly ask you to ensure your water taps are turned off.

SMOKING / ILLEGAL SUPSTANCES

We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking in the rooms, smoking areas are available on the outside terraces. Use of drugs and/or alcohol abuse is strictly prohibited.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

The use of the swimming pools is entirely at own risk. The depth of the water in the pool is 2,00 m and there in an infinity edge towards the sea. Children must be accompanied with an adult at all times. No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay. Glassware prohibited in the pool area. Shower before entering pool. Use restrooms.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
During the winter period from 1 October to 1 April the pool could not be heated during the lower outside temperatures.

PETS

Pets are not allowed on property.

Reservation and payment

Minimum stay – 3 nights
Advance notice – At least 3 days’ notice
A 40% deposit is to be paid when booking a determined period, whilst the rest is to be paid by bank transfer 15 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded in full. Late cancellation fee 30%, for cancellation 7 days before arrival 70%.
The renter is subject to VAT under the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act.
