Advance notice – At least 3 days’ notice
A 40% deposit is to be paid when booking a determined period, whilst the rest is to be paid by bank transfer 15 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded in full. Late cancellation fee 30%, for cancellation 7 days before arrival 70%.
The renter is subject to VAT under the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act.
